Privacy Policy

Metro Run (the "Service") collects the minimum necessary information.

What we collect

• As a guest: a random identifier token stored in your browser (cookie), and game records
• On sign-up: your ID, nickname, and password (stored only as an irreversible hash)
• Gameplay: run times, accuracy, keystrokes, gems held, train skins, and market trades/gifts
• In the mobile app: advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) and related data for serving and measuring ads — collected by Google AdMob, and used for personalised ads only with consent where consent is required
• With an app subscription: the purchase token issued by the store (payment itself is handled by Google/Apple; the Service never sees your card details)

Why To compile rankings, keep your records and items, prevent abuse, and (in the app) serve ads and provide subscription benefits.

Ads The mobile app shows Google AdMob ads. Where consent is required you are asked on first launch, and you can change your choice any time under "Ad settings" in the menu. See Google's advertising policies.

Retention Kept while your account exists; deleted without delay on request.

Cookies On the web, used only to keep you signed in and to identify a guest — no advertising or tracking cookies.

Third parties Apart from Google AdMob for ad serving, we do not sell or share your personal data.
